Reconnecting Tip 4

Eat dinner slowly

Engage your senses when eating.  Be aware and appreciative of your food.  This will also be a great tip for me to implement myself.  : )

If you wish, you can take 3 deep breaths before beginning your meal.

Previous Tips
Notice what stresses you
Spend 5 min in silence
Practice deep breathing for 3 min
